Adds an ⇄ toggle button to Cursor IDE chat for Hebrew, Arabic, and Persian, switching messages to right-aligned RTL via CSS while keeping code blocks and UI in LTR. Patches Cursor workbench files (not VS Code). Restart Cursor after activation.
